To keep our fees as competitive as possible, this clinic does not utilize credit or debit card processing services. These cost savings are passed directly to you.
Appointment Durations & Fees
All rates below include GST.
- 60-Minute Appointment: $126.00
- Strongly recommended for all "Initial Appointments."
- 45-Minute Appointment: $105.00
- ICBC rates are $131 plus GST= $137.55 for Initial and Subsequent $107 plus GST = $112.35 as of April 1, 2026.
- 30-Minute Appointment: $84.00
- Available for only current patients; book by phone.
- All services have GST applied.

- Consultation: We will review your intake forms together, and discuss your specific treatment goals before we begin.
- Treatment
- Patient Education - may include self-help home care
Payment & Billing Policies
- Accepted Methods: Cash, Cheque, or E-transfer.
- Account Reconciliation: All balances must be settled within 24 hours of your treatment.
- Invoicing: We do not issue formal invoices for the patient portion of fees; instead, a request for payment will be sent via email, text, or phone.
- Receipts: An official receipt for your records or insurance will be issued once the full payment is received (typically in 1-2 business days).
Please note: While we strive to maintain low fees, marginal price increases may occur periodically to reflect the inflation of business operating costs.

3. Call Only Appointments!

- Default Option: For patients 16 years and older with legal capacity.
- Durations: 45 or 60 minutes (Standard rates apply).
- Booking Note: You must specify in the "About Your Appointment" box if you are booking for yourself or someone else.
- Language: Patients who do not speak English are encouraged to bring a translator to ensure clear communication of health goals.
Massage Therapy for Minors 12 - 15 years *
Special considerations apply under the Infant Act:
- Mandatory Attendance: A parent or guardian must attend all Appointments."
- * A parent/guardian must remain in the treatment room for all sessions.

2. a) ICBC Massage Therapy - Direct Billing available in first 12-weeks is Automatic Qualification!
- Patients are pre-approved for treatments for the first 12 weeks following a crash without a medical referral!
- Initial Appointment (60 min)
- then eleven (11) Subsequent Appointments (45 min), afterwards.
- Requirements: You must provide your Personal Health Number (PHN), ICBC Claim Number and date of MVA.

2. b) ICBC Massage Therapy - Direct Billing available after 12-weeks with ICBC Approval!

- may be available to current ICBC patients, requires ICBC Approval.

3. Call Only Appointments!
- 1. Additional Appointments not Online.
- 2. Current Patients Only - 30-minutes.
- 3. Gift Certificates: Requires e-transfer payment in advance of booking. A single receipt is issued to the purchaser only, noted with the recipient's name. No receipt is issued to the person receiving the treatment.
- 4. Pre-Paid Option - Requires e-transfer payment in advance of booking.
Pregnancy Massage - Call First Please.
- Positioning: We exclusively use the side-lying position for pregnancy treatments.
- Equipment: We do not have specialized "tummy-down" (prone) pregnancy tables.
- Booking: Please call or text first to ensure this approach suits your needs. Standard rates apply.
Sports Massage (Seasonal): Currently unavailable.
