• 60 - minute appointments at $120.00 includes GST

       Recommended "initial appointment".
     

• 45 - minute appointments at $100.00 includes GST  

 

• 30- minute appointments at $80.00 includes GST, current patients only & by phone.    
  

Payment methods - currently accepting cash, cheque and etransfer. 
 
By not having the Card and Internet services at this clinic have reduced costs which are passed on to patients.

All Balances must be reconciled within 24-hours. An invoice will not be issued, only a request via email, text, or phone, to pay the patient portion.
Receipts are issued by request, only when a patient portion has been paid in-full. Insurance paid service will not get a receipt.

Massage Therapy Appointments by "groupings"*:

1) Massage Therapy -  by Age,  online or phone

• An "Adult" is a person at least 18 years or older;
  
• whereas less than 18 years is "Non-Adult" and is under “the Infant Act” and special consideration is required: immature minors (age 12-15)  and mature minors (age 16-17). A parent or guardian attendance is required *.
  

a) Massage Therapy for Adults.

• 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
  

    
b)  Massage Therapy for Non-Adults,conditions apply*

• First Appointments Massage Therapy for Non-adults
• * Conditions apply, require parent or guardian attendance, for all First Appointments
• All 12 to 15 years, require presence of parent or guardian in the treatment room.

• Only subsequent appointments for mature minors (age 16-17), do not require parent or guardian present.
• 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply

2) Massage Therapy -  ICBC,  online or phone - patient pay only

  a) First ICBC Massage Therapy

• 60-minute initial (First) appointment $ 131.25 * ($125 + $6.25 GST)
• ICBC Enhanced Care: after reporting a crash, you're pre-approved for a variety of treatments... up to 12 weeks...without a needing a medical referral.
• may require assistance to book initially, call.
• ask your ICBC Adjuster and or see Insurance page.

b) ICBC SUBSEQUENT Massage Therapy

• This is a patient-pay service only
• Subsequent ICBC appointments 45-minute at $98.70 * ($94 plus $4.70 GST)
• Within 12-weeks of reported “MVA”, you have 12 treatment sessions available.
• ensure that you provide date of MVA, file number and Adjustor contact information at initial appointment.
• Additional treatment beyond the initial 12 weeks, requires to contact Adjustor.                                                                                                                               You may need a doctor’s recommendation and the RMT to file a special ICBC form on your behalf.

          * at ICBC per-determined rates as April 1, 2024.

3) Pregnancy Massage Therapy - online or phone

• At this clinic we can accommodate "pregnancy massage" in the side-lying position only.
• The typical position of lying on your tummy  (stomach, i.e. prone) requires specialized equipment which this clinic does not have.
• 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
• Call or text if you have questions.

4) Massage Therapy - Other

 a) Pre-pay Appointment (includes Gift-Certificates), by phone only

• 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
• require advanced payment (etransfer) in advance of booking.

        Note - Gift certificates are only issued (1) one receipt only to purchaser and indicates "gift certificate" for [person's name, duration].
        No receipt is required to the person whom receives the gift.
      


b) Sport Massage Therapy - Seasonal Events - not available.

• 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
• Specific event weekends as listed, seasonal (Summer) availability.
• Peachcity Triathlon, Okanagan Gran Fondo, and other events
• Must book in advance.
• May require advanced payment (etransfer)
