All rates as follows except ICBC rates specified as per ICBC section.
- 60 - minute appointments at $120.00 includes GST
- 45 - minute appointments at $100.00 includes GST
- 30- minute appointments at $80.00 includes GST, current patients only & by phone.
Payment methods - currently accepting cash, cheque and etransfer.
By not having the Card and Internet services at this clinic have reduced costs which are passed on to patients.
All Balances must be reconciled within 24-hours.
An invoice will not be issued, only a request via email, text, or phone, to pay the patient portion.
Receipts* are issued by request, only when a patient portion has been paid in-full. Insurance paid service portion will be noted on a receipt. Services (100%) fully paid will not get a receipt with exception in the case of "member paid" service and member has to pay provider (RMT)

Massage Therapy Appointments by "time"*:
1. All Massage Therapy appointment for Adults ("You" default).
- 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply (except for ICBC )
- all appointments require a declaration at time of booking, specially for non-adults, pregnancy, ICBC approved, or any other relevant information in the appointment for section and the about your appointment box.

Specific Terms, definitions and Conditions: (below)
a) Massage Therapy - by Age, requirements - online or phone
- An "Adult" is a person at least 18 years or older and has "capacity"
- whereas less than 18 years is "Non-Adult" , aka a Child is under “the Infant Act” and special consideration is required: immature minors (age 12-15) and mature minors (age 16-17). A parent or guardian attendance is required *.
- Adults that legally do not have capacity must be legal guardian to appointment.
- it is suggested to bring an English speaker to translate if patient does not understand English.
b) Massage Therapy for Children, conditions apply*
- First Appointments Massage Therapy for Non-adults
- * Conditions apply, require parent or guardian attendance, for all First Appointments
- All 12 to 15 years, require presence of parent or guardian in the treatment room.
- Only subsequent appointments for mature minors (age 16-17), do not require parent or guardian present.
- 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply

2. Massage Therapy - ICBC, online or phone - patient pay only
a) First ICBC Massage Therapy (Initial 60-minute)
- This is a patient-pay service only
- 60-minute initial (First) appointment $ 128.00 * ($121.90 + $6.10 GST)
- ICBC Enhanced Care: after reporting a crash, you're pre-approved for a variety of treatments... up to 12 weeks...without a needing a medical referral.
- For the first 12 weeks after your crash, you have pre-approved coverage for a variety of treatments to help you recover. You don’t need a referral from a family physician or nurse practitioner, or approval from ICBC, but you will need your Personal Health Number (PHN) and your ICBC claim number.

b) ICBC SUBSEQUENT Massage Therapy (45-minute)
- This is a patient-pay service only
- Subsequent ICBC appointments 45-minute at $105.00 * ($100 plus $5.00 GST)

3) Pregnancy Massage Therapy - (call first)
- At this clinic we can accommodate "pregnancy massage" in the side-lying position only.
- The typical position of lying on your tummy (stomach, i.e. prone) requires specialized equipment which this clinic does not have.

- Call or text if you have questions.
4) Massage Therapy - Other
a) Pre-pay Appointment (includes Gift-Certificates), by phone only
- 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
- require advanced payment (etransfer) in advance of booking.
No receipt is required to the person whom receives the gift.
b) Sport Massage Therapy - Seasonal Weekend Events - currently not available.
- 45 or 60 minutes and standard rates apply
- Specific event weekends as listed, seasonal (Summer) availability.
