As a graduate of North America’s premier school, West Coast College of Massage Therapy's rigorous 3-year RMT program and as a former competitive athlete, I understand how physical imbalances affect your life. My mission is to provide safe, ethical and evidence-informed care that empowers you to take an active role in your health.

Whether you are seeking relief from a sports or MVA injury, managing the physical shifts of mid-life, or looking to re-calibrate your nervous system, my practice is centred on your long-term well being.

Every treatment is individualized. From deep tissue to calming neurological techniques, I work with everyone from adolescents to elite athletes to restore a pain-free state of well being.
