- Holly Tree oil - a hypoallergenic oil.
- Apricot Kernel Massage Oil
- Avocado Massage Oil is pressed from the avocado fruit.
- Coconut (MCT) oil
- Biotone Revitalizing - Sweet Almond oil, coconut oil ester, Hawaiian kukui nut oil**, vitamin E, olive oil.

- Armand Ayaltin’s Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy (SDTT),
- Dr. Travel’s trigger-point therapy (TRPT),,
- Jim Bilotta’s soft-tissue release techniques (STRT),
- a variety of orthopaedic (joint mobilizations, aka orthopaedic) and
- soft-tissue techniques - myofascial or connective tissue techniques, static pressure techniques, FART, and friction to mention a few.
- Diane Jacob’s dermoneuromodulation techniques (DNM) peripheral and superficial nerves,
- Dr. Vodder’s basic lymphatic systems for simple lymphatic issues.

Massage Therapy Information for "first time" to massage therapy, explains important concepts used in medical treatment.
For example, a 60 minute subsequent appointment is a time period of sixty minute from (for example) 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Includes: administration, assessment, evaluation, treatment, and education and or home-care.
"First Appointments" are suggested to arrive five to ten (5-10) minutes early, (i.e. starts at 3:50 to 3:55 PM), requires additional paperwork – intake forms and insurance forms*, * or download form just below, and bring to first appointment .

Patient Intake Form - must be filled out for your initial appointment.
There is a mandatory patient intake form * (PIF) that must be completed prior to initiated therapist-patient relationship and or prior to treatment to commencing. This is done at the first appointment.
An optional download form to fill out by patient or legal guardian beforehand.
* It (the PIF) must be signed in front of the RMT by the patient or guardian of the patient upon first appointment.
In cases of language barrier, an interpreter may fill out the form as the patient guides and be present during the treatment. * And the patient or legal guardian must sign the PIF at first appointment.
* It's information is protected by BC PIPA and confidential!
