- please ensure you practice proper hygienic care before coning to the clinic.

- If you have a fever or chills, coughing or sneezing, headache, sore throat, or nasal discharge...
- DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC WHEN YOU ARE NOT WELL !
- Inform the Clinic as soon as possible!
- If you require medial advice, call 811, seek or call a walk-in clinic or your doctor. See Healthlink BC website.

- If you attended the Clinic while asymptomatic a respiratory disease, and tested positive for "covid" within 7 days, please inform the clinic.
- Masks/hand sanitizer are available at the Clinic
Part II) Disease Transmission through skin or touch.
- There is a fair expectation of patient hygiene upon arrival at the Clinic
- If the skin has an "abnormal" presentation, this is considered as area(s) not to be touched. Such as cuts (open sores), abrasions, bumps, discoloration, rashes, blisters, bruises, injection sites, painful or irritated areas, areas of sensation change- should be reported to the clinic.
- RMTs likely will report any irregularities or changes in bumps & moles to patient, advising patient to get a medical opinion.

(b) Appointment Punctuality - almost 100% of non-punctional patients did not prepare before attending Clinic.

- Do you know the location (entrance)? - "Lates" too often do not check entrance picture on the Contact & Location page!
- Allow enough time to arrive safely. ("Lates" always under-estimate commute time)

- Do you know the methods of payment (cash, cheque or etransfer)?
