- You will need to disclose whether since the accident you have seen any RMT for treatment.
- Our Fee's, match ICBC recommended rates, see below, heading ICBC Fee's are matched at this Clinic!
- This is a "conditional service", maintaining account in "Good Standing", aka patient obligations, in accordance with Clinic and ICBC Policies including a limited pre-approved treatments of 12.
2. Patient-Pay *
Note: This is the default mode regarding Massage Therapy services and billing when you do not qualify for Direct Billing.
- Patient-Pay Method Option: You pay for your treatment at the time of service (Cash, Cheque, or e-Transfer).
- Our Fee's, match ICBC recommended rates,, see below, heading ICBC Fee's are matched at this Clinic!
- Easy Reimbursement: We provide you with a professional receipt containing all necessary coding for you to submit to ICBC for reimbursement.

- The 48-Hour Rule: ICBC does not pay for missed appointments.
- Responsibility: If you miss a session or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the "late-cancel" or "No-Show" fee is the patient's personal responsibility. You must pay within 24-hours to maintain continuity of service.
- Responsibility: the Patient is responsible for all fees even if ICBC reverses payment or does not reconcile a direct-billing submission by the Clinic on your behalf
- Account Standing: All fees must be reconciled within 24-hours to keep your account in "Good Standing".

ICBC Fee's are matched at this Clinic!
- Our Fee's match ICBC recommended rates, currently $131.00 plus GST and $107.00 plus GST
- for an 60-min initial and eleven (11) 45-min subsequent(s), $137.55 & $112.35, respectively.
- Fee's will automatically adjust to current rates without notification or short notification.

- Out of courtesy of other patients, please limit advanced bookings, to one per day, and one to two (1 - 2) per week.

You will have create a User Account to complete booking. (you do not require a credit card to book)
All Appointments are conditional :
This Clinic expects it's patients to be considerate if they are unable to use their reserved time, that they provide sufficient notification that the appointment may be used by another patient.
"To make things easier, we are happy to direct-bill ICBC for you! Please remember that this service is a courtesy and not a guarantee of payment. If ICBC does not pay for the massage service, the cost remains the responsibility of the patient."
Beyond the First 12 Weeks?
If your recovery requires more than 12 sessions or extends past the 3-month mark, don't worry. I will work with you to submit a Request for Further Treatment on your behalf to your adjuster to request additional funded care.
This means your ICBC Adjuster's "approval" is required for an extension of treatment!

ICBC Enhanced Care: pre-approved early access treatment types and can direct bill to ICBC
- click on Enhance Benefits Guide button, see section 1, pages 3- 4 for medical expenses.
- This means that treatment is automatically approved within 12 weeks of date of MVA.
Non "ICBC Approval" Treatments:
- Injuries due MVA are not covered by insurance policies typically.
- Patient- Pay Option. May requires e-transfer payment in advance of booking.
- Your clinical record is protected by BC PIPA. And a special consent release form is required to release your information.
- Please note many private Insurance benefits typically do not cover injuries/accidents due to MVA and or work.
