​Booking Successfully 

Step-by-step booking, highlighting the new changes. See below.

One error reported: 
an error work-around for booking multiple appointments ( at bottom of page)

Vagaro​ is my booking website and application  for computers and telephones!


​You may book online or by telephone!
       
* If you are having difficulties with booking: Call me for assistance. 
~ I return voicemail asap, same day or next business day.

​
Office hours 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM weekdays, Tuesday to Friday.
Closed weekends, holidays and Mondays till August 31
.


The following is the procedure to Book an Appointment:

1a. Go to www.vagaro.com/jfrwh3 
(below website)

1b) Vagaro​: An User account is required to book: name, email and phone number, to "Login"
​
The booking website or application (i) versions a similar for computers and telephones!

​
i.) The is an software application (app) downloadable from Google or Apple.

1b)  The phone app can be found at the following: Google App store or Apple App store for free!

The schedule will only display currently available appointments - Tuesday to Fridays from 1:00 PM to 6:15 PM. 

60-minute time slots: 1:00, 2:45, 4:00 and 5:15. Only 45-minute and 60-minute appointments available online.
​Whereas, 30-minute appointments are for current patient and require a call to book.

Opens from 60 minutes before appointment to 8-weeks in the future will show.

2.  Booking sequence: 

1. Select a service, "Massage Therapy for Adults - 60 minutes (see yellow hand mouse cursor)
2. Select date (example Wed. Oct. 1, 2025)
3. Times slots available only show.
4. Choose time (choose 1:00 PM) - image below.

- additional information must be added:

At the time of booking - notes required on Booking:

  • Who are you booking for? default YOU or someone else, then specify
  • About your appointment? 
  • Must check box: "By Clicking Book,...", note no credit card information required to Book!!

​a) who are you booking for?  Default is your account name; but it could be for someone else?
b) Is the appointment for a child*, pregnancy* or other information. (* clinic requirements apply!)

c) Click box "By clicking Book, you...."  Note you do not have to entered any Credit Card information to book!
d) click Book button

Every booking whether by website or phone application, automatically receives a "booking conformation" at the time of booking.

In addition, an email confirmation too !   (below: just shortly after booking).

Every booking should receive all the following notifications: 
​
  • All bookings receive a confirmation at the time of booking. 
 
  • All bookings receive  email and/or text confirmation after booking.
 
  • All bookings will receive a 73-hour advanced request for confirmation.
  
  • All bookings will receive a 72-hour advance reminder (email and or text, in advance of the 48-hour cancellation  policy.
 
  • All bookings can be managed by patient online, outside of the 48-hours policy. 
 
  • Within the 48-hours: you must call to cancel (a reason must be provided) or rebook

BOOKING ERRORS and Work-Around!

The following error have been reported to Vagaro technical support for fixes.

In the meanwhile, this is the temporary work around fof:

Booking more than one appointment: 

1) You must be login, and choose a service (60-min or 45-min) and search. 
Do NOT click "Add Services" (green) button!

Complete the booking selection: choose date, time etc. and complete it (as described above).

2) repeat booking another single appointment as above....

That's it.

Attempted booking multiple service results in error - that no appointments are available till a date weeks away!

1) Just hit the "refresh" screen/page button on browser. That will allow you to continue...

Click to refresh, "reload current page" button: (image below). Now you can book properly.
